I provide a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness- based therapy, and solution- focused therapy customized to fit your needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship issues, or looking to better understand yourself, I am here to guide through this process.
